These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HappyHairKnots website at happyhairknots.in (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by HappyHairKnots (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

When you create an account you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Our hair accessories are largely handcrafted, so slight variations in size, finish and colour are natural and are not defects. We take care to display products accurately, but the colours you see may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions, images or pricing, and to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order, at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of or subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout. Prices and offers may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

In the rare event an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance — and the formation of a contract — happens only when we send you an order confirmation and/or dispatch the items. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not by itself constitute acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment or delivery details.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and select wallets. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Orders are processed only once payment is successfully authorised.

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner. Any delivery dates shown are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please ensure the shipping address and contact details you provide are complete and correct, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate information.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. See our Support Center for full details.

You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under the policy above.

All content on the Site — including the HappyHairKnots name and logo, product designs, photographs, graphics and text — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to use automated tools to scrape or disrupt the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyHairKnots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
