Request a return →Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier; you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Visit the Track Order page and look up your order with the order ID from your confirmation email. If you have an account, your orders are listed under Account → Orders.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, used items can’t be returned unless faulty.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically reflects in 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
We currently accept secure online payments through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets.
